- Program: Everts Psychiatry and Family Medicine text messages.
- What you will receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling assistance, responses to your inquiries, service-related information, and, only if you separately opted in to marketing messages, occasional information about clinic services and promotions.
- How you opt in: by checking the optional SMS consent box on our website form, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
